Penn Purchasing Services, in conjunction with the Environmental Sustainability Advisory Committee’s Subcommittee for Purchasing and the Green Campus Partnership, is introducing a new Penn Green Purchasing Award to recognize an individual and/or team that significantly advance the development of sustainable purchasing practices at Penn. It is an opportunity to spotlight those who are championing sustainability across campus, as well as to celebrate key projects that are contributing to a more sustainable future.
Nominations for the award are due on or before Friday, July 10, 2015, for contributions made during the previous fiscal year (July 1, 2014 – June 30, 2015). The Green Purchasing Award will be presented to the winners at the Purchasing Services Supplier Show, Tuesday, September 29, 2015. Click here for more information.
