On February 1^st Joe Cooney, Senior Training and Development Consultant, met with PPSA members to discuss the similarities and differences the multi-generations share.  For those who attended,  we heard about the people, events and cultural norms that shaped each generation.  We also learned that we have just as many things in common as differences.  Participants walked away with a better understanding of what motivates each generation.
